Happy One Year to Let Why Lead!

Although the blog actually began a few months prior, I didn’t start writing with regularity until February, so here we are now, celebrating one fantastic year!

I try hard to produce quality posts that will brighten your life and not just fill your readers / facebook feeds, and I enjoy it SO crazy much! It has been a wonderful outlet for me, and I’m thankful to each of you for reading. In my opinion, I have the best readers and commenters around! You guys often share your hearts in your comments, and it means the world to me.

My goals for Year Two at Let Why Lead? First, write from the heart. When your little following includes a lot of people you know in real life (including parents, inlaws, grandparents!), it can be hard not to filter. But I want to share the real Erica here—the one whose heart feels heavy from time to time, the one who gets snappy with the kids, the one who doesn’t always have it together.

Second, continue to grow! Not because I’m hungrily seeking numbers but because I think—I hope—that what I say here can uplift other young moms, and I would love to extend my reach. With that comes an invitation to you to share what you read in any way you want! Please feel free to like posts on facebook, pin images to pinterest, display my button, etc., to get the word out. I will owe you for life! :)
