It makes me happy when I take something away from a restaurant that I can do at home. This Mexican Sprite is so easy to recreate, and it’s a fun variation for a gathering. (I’d do this for the Super Bowl if I ever actually watched it!)
Simply combine Sprite, a whole lot of lime wedges, and some torn mint leaves! Enjoy! And have a great weekend!
